CertusBank buying another failed bank

CertusBank is doing another failed bank transaction, this time scooping up Lenoir, N.C.-based Parkway Bank and its three branches, the FDIC said Friday.CertusBank is based in Greenville, S.C. and run by former Bank of America and Wachovia executives. It has corporate offices in SouthPark.Parkway's $103.7 million in deposits will be transferred to the bank.
